1. Our website.

Use of the website www.pirinalia.com is limited to private use and commercial exploitation will not be accepted. The user has no right to make copies of the page or parts of it, or submit, publish, expose, alter or create a page based on the same without the express permission of Flagg SL Star. The right to use the website to look for information or make a reservation only for people over 18 years, individuals, legal persons or representatives of institutions or companies granted. We reserve the right to any changes in the website or parts of it, content, prices and descriptions whenever we deem necessary. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the website, Flagg SL Star is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may arise or erroneous information provided by third party.

The only use of property services www.pirinalia.com Star Flagg SL implies agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2. Booking and Rates.

The availability of apartments is updated continuously, however if the booking made by the client is not possible for any reason, we will inform the customer immediately offering, if possible, other alternatives. If the client is not interested or is not available we will refund the full amount of the booking.

2.1 Deposit / Prepayment

To secure the booking the client must make a deposit, calculated according to the amount of the stay.

-For bookings less than 30 days a deposit at most 50% of the total price of the stay is required.

-For higher reserves to 30 days the deposit of not less than 30% of the total price of the stay will remember.

For short stays or special dates may be required to prepay a different percentage to the total amount of stay.

2.1.1 Deposit payment with credit card

We accept deposit payment with most credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) through the secure payment gateway BBVA and through Paypal (payment through paypal is a surcharge of 3% on the deposit).

2.1.2 Payment by bank transfer.

Customers can also pay the amount of the booking by bank transfer. It is important for the client to send a copy of the bank transfer by fax, and the reservation is confirmed or failing receipt of money in our account.

2.2 Payment of the stay.

The rest of your stay, which is the total price minus the prepaid deposit, payable on arrival to the handover or bank transferncia before entry. You will be informed promptly.

2.3. Deposit Guarantee (Bond)

Upon entering the apartment you will have to leave a deposit, payable in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure when you return the keys, the apartment has no fault, and must be returned in the same clean condition it was delivered.

Otherwise, the corresponding amount will be deducted. If the amount exceeds the deposit must be paid on the spot.

The amount of the deposit depends on each and will be specified in the booking confirmation.


3. Cancellations and modifications.


For cancellation of a reservation must contact us by email.

The cancellation policy is as follows:

- For cancellations before 46 days of arrival, 0% penalty on the total amount of stay.

- For cancellations between 31 and 45 days of arrival date, 20% penalty on the total amount of stay.

- For cancellations between 31 and 16 days of arrival date, 50% penalty on the total amount of stay.

- For cancellations within 15 days of the arrival date, 100% penalty on the total amount of stay.

Therefore, if a cancellation occurs less than one month in advance of arrival at the apartment, if you have made a deposit of 20% will not return the Pirinalia reservoir UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

For modifications made 46 days before arrival date, there will be an additional charge. Changes made within 46 days of the arrival date will be treated individually being at the discretion of Star Flagg SL resolution. And will cost 25 €.

In the case of early departure to the scheduled date, the customer is required to pay the entire stay.


4. During the stay.

4.1. Clients should treat the rented property and its contents carefully, trying to respect the neighbors showing appropriate behavior.

4.2. Under no circumstances customers can sublet the property, nor give a different use to be arranged.

4.3. Clients may not make furniture or redecorate, or make repairs to the property.

4.5. They can not accommodate more people than initially agreed.

4.6. Guests must notify the owner or Star Flagg immediately any damage caused to the property or its contents.

4.7. Animals are not usually allowed in the apartments. Otherwise, it will be specified in the apartment description.


5. Entry and Exit.

5.1. The entry is made by the owner (or designee). On arrival at the apartment customers must show their identity card or passport, in his absence will not be allowed entry.

5.2. The time of entry (previously agreed), it is assumed between 16:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. Otherwise it will be subject to the decision of Star Flagg.

5.3. Check out time is before 10:00 on departure day.

5.4. The keys must be returned upon departure. The security deposit will be refunded once the property checked (see Section 2.3).


6. Responsibilities.

Flagg Star is not responsible for damage, loss or theft customer objects.


7. Force majeure.

Star Flagg not be liable for any delay or failure of performance or interruption of service as a direct or indirect result of any cause or circumstance beyond our control. This includes the failure of electronic or mechanical equipment, communication lines, telephone or other connection problems, computer viruses, unauthorized access, theft, climatic causes, natural disasters, strikes or other labor problems, wars or governmental restrictions.


8. Applicable Laws.

This contract is made in Spain, so the Spanish laws apply.

The parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction of Lleida, with the exclusion of the courts of any other country.
